Shallow Profiler Recovery

Pelagic was contracted by the University of Washington to find and recover an entangled Shallow Profiler Recovery services on the OOI Cabled Array. PRS supplied the technical expertise including survey support, ship and the deep-water ROV system. The profiler was found to be extremely entangled by a large ground trawl in 600 meters of water. PRS successfully recovered the profiler with the ROV Odysseus. Funding for this work was provided by the National Science Foundation.
